bondage is usually safe, use soft ropes to avoid skin burns and

blood letting is the practice of cutting one's body and sharing
(drinking, smearing, etc) the blood from incision with another person(s), any
contact with another persons blood puts you at risk of HIV/AIDS transmission -
this practice should not be performed without a doctors supervision.
fisting (insertion of hands into vagina or anus) should be avoided
as it tears the mucous membranes - no safe fisting method is known for those
not experienced and stretched properly.
spanking - safe as long as no skin is broken or mucous membranes
(the lining of the vagina, rectum, urethra, or mouth) exposed and touched

torture is unsafe and should not be practiced without a doctor
monitoring.
golden shower - although an infected person's urine does contain
antibodies to HIV, no evidence that HIV is transmitted through urine.
feces (poop, "shit") fetish - don't play with feces as many
diseases can be present - HIV antibodies are present, but not high risk for
HIV transmission, possible even NIL.
whipping and beating can be a risk for disease transmission as
breakage in the skin can occur when in contact with others membranes and open
cuts or sores.
